Amelia took my stressed call about a backed up kitchen sink. She was very calming and even though they were booked for several days, she made me feel a priority by creating 2 standby appointments today & tomorrow, in hopes that some time would open up. And it did. Shane and Werner came out. They were fast, efficient, friendly and patient with my questions. Terrific guys! This is the 2nd great experience with Dan's Plumbing! They're now my official go-to.

Dan’s Plumbing and Shane Gibson are the BEST plumbers out there! Shane shared his extensive knowledge and expertise in a friendly and relaxed manner. He was open to answering all our questions. He wasn’t just open…he was super patient. Shane replaced our PRV quickly and the price was very reasonable compared to all of the other plumbers out there. Dan is very helpful and honest. We called him with an urgent plumbing issue and while he was booked up he recommended a sewer cleaning company who was able to resolve the issue. While many other plumbers wanted to charge a fee to come to our home to inspect, Dan quickly deduced the issue over the phone and helped us. Next time I have any plumbing issues I’ll definitely be calling him!

My wife and I had to replace an incorrectly installed and set up tankless water heater. Josh came out to do the estimate. Out of 4 estimates I had, Josh actually took the time to explain things in detail, really look things over and generally give me the biger, overall picture. Everyone else gave me a figure after 2-3 minutes and left (not impressed). On the day of the install Josh and his brother Rick came to do the job. They not only did it in less time than quoted but left everything looking great, explained things along the way and even found a couple of things that needed fixing/adjusting with no prompting by me! The whole experience was stellar to say the least. What a great company, great staff (professional, courteous and very knowledgable) and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing work! (If I could give them 10 stars I would!)

Dan’s plumbing is fantastic! Entire staff is responsive, professional, communicative, and even caring. Had sewer line crack issues. They moved around schedule to get my house functioning again. Dan and Diego came out and shared what needed to be done, checked line after repairs, and charged a very responsible price. I highly recommend this company when you need plumbing services.
